Want to learn how to fly fish? The Crooked River is the place. It is a small stream with a great population of native Rainbow Trout.

Crooked River, Oregon:
This tail water gem flows from a large high desert reservoir and boasts some of the most consistent fly fishing for Rainbow Trout in the area. With an unprecedented number of Rainbow Trout per mile, The Crooker River Oregon is an outstanding river to learn the art of fly fishing. Incredible canyon vistas and high desert fauna makes for the perfect setting for spending the day exploring fly fishing. Having year long fly fishing opportunities affords the avid angler an opportunity for excellent "off-season" fly flickin'. Winter flows provide excellent dry fly fishing Crooked River with Midges, Blue Wings, and micro Caddis through March. Spring run-offs replenish the hungry trout with a "Vegas style buffet" of free drifting Caddis, PMD's and Scuds. The heat of the summer brings hordes of Caddis feeding the great numbers of chunky Rainbow Trout.

Our guided trips on the Crooked River, Oregon are focused on skill building techniques which improve your success and meet your fly fishing objectives. With no more than a 4:1 guided ratio you will receive ample attention to insure reaching your fly fishing expectations. This environment makes for a positive learning experience for all. The Crooked River, Oregon is a short 45 minute drive from our fly shop in Bend allowing for easy access for both full day and half day “walk and wade” trips. The Crooked River, Oregon is also the venue for our most popular Beginning Fly Fishing Schools. So whether your fine tuning your skills or just getting started the Crooked River, Oregon is fly fishing.

Prices DO NOT include: flies, leaders, fishing licenses, or guide gratuities.


POLICIES
Early season reservations will allow you to secure the dates desired. A 50% deposit is required to secure dates, refundable if cancellation is received no less than thirty (30) days prior to trip date. Trips proceed regardless of weather conditions. We reserve to right to cancel in the event of unsafe conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel your trip, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date that is mutually acceptable.
