We will gladly exchange an item within 30 days of purchase for a similar item of a different size and/or color (if available). You are also welcome to exchange for another item of similar price or we can issue you a store credit in the form of a gift certificate. It is your responsibility to return the original item pre-paid to us. Sorry, shipping charges cannot be credited. Items must be in new, resalable condition with all tags and in original packaging.
Refunds
A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on items being returned for a refund unless return is due to our error or product defect. All items submitted for refund must be accompanied by a dated receipt and be in their original packaging and suitable for resale. We do not offer refunds if date of purchase is past 15 days. Items that have been used are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable unless return is due to our error. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. Note: If a refund is requested on an item that we paid shipping on, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Defective Merchandise
Most manufacturers will not allow us to enforce their warranty programs. All defective merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer for their inspection. We can only serve as the shipping agent in these matters.
Repairs
As with our defective merchandise policy, we can only serve as the shipping agent where repairs are concerned. We cannot determine fault, enforce warranties or control the timeliness of repairs. Payment must accompany all repairs.
For your protection, we highly suggest insuring full value when returning products. No refunds will be given until we have received the returned goods in acceptable, resalable condition.
