Lakes Update - East and Paulina lake continue to fish well on balanced leeches, chironomids, callibaetis and damsels. Using a Beetle, ant, or chubby pattern rather than an indicator is a good idea. Callibaetis dries have also been effective during hatch times. Callibaetis are on the tail end and won’t be around too much longer. Stripping small buggers or baitfish patterns has also been producing some fish. The same sort of things have been working on Paulina as well. Three Creeks Lake has been good, stripping small streamers and suspending flies like balanced leeches and chironomids under an indicator has been working well. Callibaetis as well at three creeks. Hosmer is up and down but we have heard some positive reports of stripping flies in both the front and back lakes.
