The Crooked River is fishing alright. They bumped the flows back up and it is currently flowing at 224 cfs. We have been loving dry-dropper setups on the fall and a variety of chubby chernobyls or micro chubby’s work great for the dry. Small mayfly nymphs, small caddis, and scuds make great droppers. Swinging small streamers can also be really fun on the crooked. The crooked canyon is a gorgeous place to spend a summer day so get out there and find some fish.
