Crooked River Update - June 3rd, 2022

The Crooked river has been fishing well. Caddis are still around on some days and PMD’s can fish well in the mornings and evenings. Nymphing is the most consistent technique for picking up fish and scuds, perdigons, rainbow warriors, small cj’s, and two bits are some of our favorites. Tightline and indicator methods are both working well. Now can be a fun time for dry-dropper rigs with a terrestrial or beetle/ant pattern and dropper nymph. Swinging soft hackles and small streamers has also been working.
