Fall River Report 7/9/21

Fall River has been fishing very well. It’s been busy out there but there is plenty of space and fish for everyone. Pale morning duns, caddis and yellow sallies have been working very well as surface flies. Terrestrials can work great as well. Nymphing has been best with the typical small midges and mayfly nymphs. If you want to use some bigger flies, euro style jigged nymphs can get the job done. Streamers can get the fish moving when nothing else seems to excite them. Make sure to release fish quickly so that the lingering heat doesn’t stress them.
