Fall River Update December 13th, 2024
Afternoons on the Fall River are all about BWOs in the size 18-20 range, with fish loving emergers and cripples. Keep an eye out for small black midges (#22-24) and the occasional amber caddis (#12-14). Nymphing is solid here—try eggs, Zebra Midges, or Perdigons for consistent success. Work the deeper pools with light tippet, and be prepared for snow to shake things up this weekend.
