Fall River Update July 22, 2022

The Fall River has been fishing well. A recent stocking of trophy sized trout make for some fun action. Nymphing has been the most consistent method and Duracell’s, rainbow warriors, two-bits, and demon may’s are some of our favorites. Stripping streamers around some of the downed timber can be a good way to target some larger aggressive trout. The fish are spread out in the river from the headwaters to the confluence with the deschutes so it doesn’t hurt to explore some areas you haven’t before.
