Fishing remains consistent, with Green Drakes now showing on select days. PMDs are emerging steadily and are best matched with emergers and crippled dun imitations. Sparkle Duns and KD Duns are getting attention when fish are picky. Caddis, including Olive Elk Hair and Henryville-style ties, can double as imitations for both caddis and small stones—trim the hackle on the bottom to help the fly sit low in the film.
Dry-dropper setups with terrestrials like beetles, ants, and small Chubbies with rubber legs are producing well. Streamers and heavier jig nymphs also remain a productive option, especially near deeper pools and structure.
