Chickahominy Reservoir has roughly two feet of visibility, which is enough to keep things productive. Chironomids, leeches, Prince nymphs, and water boatman are all good choices. Slow presentations are key — especially in the morning and evening when fish tend to move into shallower water to feed.

Lake Billy Chinook has had a slow start but our guides have been making regular runs out there, and the feedback has been consistently on the positive side.Water temps are still a few degrees lower than we'd like them but every week seems to bring better conditions and more action.
