Oh, hell Yea! It’s that time of the year again!! This is the one you don’t want to miss. Every year we put together the most remarkable array of used fly-fishing gear ever seen under one tent. Those who have been the last few years know what we’re talking about. Those who haven’t owe it to yourselves to get out this year. We will be selling -on consignment- an astonishing amount of fly-fishing related stuff. But more than simply looking for ridiculous deals on killer stuff, this is a chance to upgrade your existing quiver by selling gear you don’t use anymore and getting 100% of sales price towards anything in our shop.
Here’s a brief description of how the sale works: If you’re looking to buy gear, the tent opens to the public Saturday morning at 8 am. No one is allowed in the tent or the shop before that. All sales of consignment gear are final. No returns or exchanges. And there are no discounts. The prices are set and agreed upon with the seller. If you are looking sell, you must drop off your gear no sooner than Monday, March 30th and no later than 2pm on Friday the 3rd. When you bring stuff in, we will evaluate and let you know what we think it will sell for, setting both Saturday and Sunday prices, the latter of which will be slightly lower. We will fill out a sheet with the gear and your personal contact info and let you know how you did after the weekend is over. Then you have the option of taking 70% of the sales price in the form of a check, or 100% in shop credit. You can use that credit to purchase anything in stock or order anything from our suppliers.
