Metolius River Update October 7, 2022
The Metolius continues to fish well and is one of your best options in terms of dry fly action. Green drakes and stones are on the way out but you may find some around over the next week or so. PMD's, BWO's, and caddis make for fun action on most days. Nymphing has been effective during non-hatch times. Swinging streamers is a good way to target bulls and larger rainbows. The Metolius is a great place to spend a Fall day so get out there and find some fish!
